Summer Camp
The Petaluma Wildlife
Museum's Summer Camp program is fun for ages 8-12. Campers can look
forward to a fun summer of animals, educational games, and water slides.
Curriculum includes Global Awareness, Reptile Biology, Rain Forest Ecology, and
Educational Games. Presentations are scheduled with Classroom Safari and Reptile
Rescue. Other presentations may also be provided.
Campers will be
exposed to various exotic reptiles and mammal husbandry. Throughout the day,
campers will handle and provide care to the museum animals. Returning students
can look forward to many of our new snakes and lizards.
Each session is
conducted over a four day period (Monday thru Thursday), between 10:00am and
4:00pm. A $200 per week fee includes snacks, a t-shirt, and "water play day."
Sessions are limited to 32 children and fill-up quickly.
