RESERVE A TOUR FOR YOUR SCHOOL GROUP

Join the nearly 3,000 k-12 school children who visit PWM annually and take a tour with your classroom or organization and learn all about wildlife, wildlife conservation, and what we can do to protect global biodiversity!

Our trained docents will guide you and your students through a wildlife-conservation-themed tour of our museum showcasing our extensive collection of taxidermy, fossils, and artifacts. Inspire awe and wonder in your students as you get immersed in our dioramic exhibits and meet, first hand, some of the resident reptiles and amphibians in our live small animal collection!

School tours are available throughout the academic school year (Sept. - May). Each tour begins at 10:30am and ends at approximately 11:45am. If bringing bag lunches, please feel free to enjoy in our courtyard area from 11:45-12:15pm.

The maximum group size admitted per tour is 60 students plus chaperones. Tours are $5 per entrant and payment can be made up to the day of the trip (online payments are accepted via our webpage under the "donations" link below; checks should be made to "Petaluma Wildlife Museum"). Title 1 schools are free! Please note: full-size school buses must drop off your group in front of Petaluma High School and park on Fair Street (you will then take a short walk -approx. 400 yards- through the PHS student parking lot to our facilities).

In order to begin the process of booking a tour, please CLICK ON THIS LINK and fill out this short Google Form.

Our Treasurer and Event Booking and Reservations Manager, Ms. Tracy Perlich, will respond within a week. Once a date for your booking is found, she will send you an invoice for your booking; the invoice can be paid on the date of your arrival via check (to the "Petaluma Wildlife Museum"), cash, or online/PayPal (directions will be on the invoice).

Looking forward to serving you and your students and we'll be in contact, soon!
