The Petaluma Wildlife Museum's Summer Camp
is back for 2025 and is the place to be this summer!

Welcome to Summer Camp!
​

Camp registration opens on February 1, 2025! We look forward to offering an exciting and educational summer camp program for children ages 5 – 12.  Campers can once again look forward to fun-filled weeks of cool animal encounters, educational games/activities, art and crafts, and special guest presenters. The curriculum will include learning about the history of the museum; animal care and handling; wildlife preservation, conservation, and ecology; and will also incorporate relevant animal themes and activities correlating with the availability of our amazing guest presenters.

The following are just a few of the activities that may be offered each week:
• Animal study
• Field games and scavenger hunts
• Puzzles, board games, activities
• Art activities
• Nature-based crafts
• Outdoor summer projects
• Science experiments 
• And so much more…!

Every day campers can look forward to handling and caring for the museum animals under the close supervision of our Live Animal Curator and our trained student docents and camp counselors.
Requirements:
• Camp hours will be from 9:00am-1:00pm daily.
• Campers will need to bring a snack, lunch, and a water bottle every day.
• Each 1-week session is $425 (including a camp T-shirt). A one-time 5% discount is available for siblings enrolled in the same session.

There will be 6 week-long sessions this summer:
• June 23 - 27
• July 7 - 11
• July 14 - 18
• July 21 - 25
• July 28 – Aug 1
• Aug 4 – Aug 8
